We Welcome "Belle" and hope to find her an Ever-Loving

she is an Aussie, as she is 37 lbs, est. age of 7-10 mths, and only
20 inches. Her coat resemble the
Aussie's coats. She was Spayed - said the uterus never had a heat
yet so that supports the age. She also is UTD on All Shots/ HW
neg/ Microchipped/and Crate trained house broken. She is beginning
obedience and Excellent with super smart attitude.

did...HOW Could Anyone pass up this darling girl?? She is a
Small (54lbs) Red Sable Pure Bred Checz-probably- line VERY SMART
approx. 1 year old !! She is Spayed, HW Neg,
UTD on All Shots, and Microchipped now. She shows No dog
aggression, or Cat Prey Drive, but she is "Mouthy". She
will Play bite and even grab your hand, but TOTALLY not in a mean
way...she just needs guidance and obedience training-which I will
start this week. She is very Clean and more than likely house
broken. I prefer a home for her with Older Children, and a
fenced in back yard.

"Duke"
Sad, Sad, Sad story here. Duke,as he Newly
named, was being kept as the Guard Dog to a Small time
"Puppy Mill" where he was thrown in the kennel/yard area and
expected to fend for himself food wize as well as bullied by the
males at stud. All the dogs were kept together ! Duke
came to us with a hole right thru his ear & many other cuts from
dog fighting, 20 lbs under weight, terrified of most people, and
Very Filthy. Blessedly he has come around and his
transformation to a Fantastic dog is all because of the love given
by his New Owner, Sharon Gingrich
Duke after his first bath:

Duke beings to "Love" Life because of
Sharon's Care & Affection

Sharon & Duke preparing for the New
Year! Duke will be a "working"dog actively helping her with
her Political Campaign! WAAAY TO GO!!!
(Yes, the ear
went up naturally after the hole healed)

2/27/06:To Us Here at Kridler's, a call like this one is very
upseting. It was 10 am today, 2/27/06, when I got a call from
our local Angels for Animals shelter. There were 14 Purebred
German Shepherds Abandoned since 1/30/06 in a local kennel and the
kennel owner cannot keep them any longer. He would have
to take them to be euthanized unless someone were to help out on the
bills. I called local kennel and set up a time to check out
these dogs. The story is that the owners moved here from
somewhere in Pennsylvania, Jeff and Melanie White, and couldn't find
a place to keep all their dogs, so they boarded them at this kennel
for exchange of work. On 1/30/06 they decided to divorce and
both parties moved to somewhere in Kentucky, leaving no forwarding
address or info. They left a trail here of unpaid apartment
rent, and many bills. I went over and took pictures and gave
the boarding kennel some money to hold them there for at least this
week. I have tried to give a description of each dog,
but it was difficult to totally evaluate them until I can get them
off the property.
Fostor homes,
money, and permanent homes are needed. All dogs need spayed or
neutered and need UTD on Shots. He has wormed them and the
previous owners said they were on Heartwomer protection. The one
male is super aggressive and cannot be placed. The kennel
owner fell in love with 2 and will keep them. So these are the
11.....

This is a note I received on
5/19/06 about one of the Females that I recently placed.....THANK
YOU John & Barb for the Love you are giving Annie and the
Update...
Good morning, Just a note to let you know
Annie has truly filled the blank in for us. She is the most
wonderful dog anyone could want. We all love her, she is smart sweet
and loyal. We take her walking everyday. She knows how to walk with
a leash. She is trained with a shock collar on so she can be loose
outside and stays within 100 feet radius of our house. She gets
along beautifully with our Kelia. They play hours everyday. She now
loves toys and fetches. She is tatooed had her shots at the
veternarian's was the best behaved dog there. She is in love with my
husband though, its really funny she is obsessed with him. She was
to be my dog but I guess she is now his!!! Thats just great he takes
her with him in his 4runner often and she loves to travel too. She
has put on about 10 pounds. She weighs 65 pounds. I thought you
would enjoy knowing all the wonderful news. Annie couldn't have
found a better home. Thank you for saving Annie for us! The
McCombies John and Barbara
This is one of the

Family!

IF YOU HAVE A
DOG FOR THE RESCUE HERE++ READ THIS:
I have
promised myself to try to help find homes for "Rescued" Purebred
German Shepherds ever since I started Breeding them. It
sometimes is difficult to tell people that I am NOT able to take
their dog. I am not a dump off station for unwanted dogs
because someone is moving, or their dog is not behaving right, or
they are just too lazy to try to find the dog a home first. I
am VERY PICKY about my rescues. If you are on this page
because you are looking to find a new home for your dog, then please
be sure your dog is NOT AGGRESSIVE, and You have proof you have
tried to place the dog first. I don't like telling people I
cannot take their dogs, but I sometimes must.
PLEASE DO THE
RIGHT THING-- SPAY & Neueter your pet. DO NOT BREED unless
you intend to help Rescues.
THANK YOU............ Tari

Newly
Acquired "LADY" was brought here after found wandering the
streets of Ashland, OH. She appears to be about 1 yr. old and
she is very friendly. The girl that Rescued her fostored her
for a month and she said she is great with children, cats and other
dogs. We will work on
housebreaking and getting her Vetted but it does look like she has
been spayed.

"Willie's" New Adoptive
Owners!
This BIG Handsome boy was
found wandering the streets in the town south of me. The woman
that took him in tried for 3 weeks to find an owner. She said
he was very thin, and dirty. She took excellent care of him
and even taught him some obedience.
HE looks to be only about
10mths to 1 yr old. He is very Freindly(with both adults and
children), Well mannered, and gets along with the other GSD's
here. He will be going in for neutering and HW and UTD on
vaccines before placement.

1/20/07...This IS SUCH a
SAD Story we have decided to leave his pictures up on the site for
awhile longer to remind those that view this page.... Please Rescue a GSD, NO DOG DESERVES what Josh
went Thru.
On 10/2/06... New Addition
to our Rescue Family...
Meet
"Chance"(NEW NAME: JOSH)
Sadly, these are the
pictures of him from today. He was picked up by the police and
will be fostored at Carol Hansen's until able to be
Vetted. Chance(We renamed him "Josh")
10/6/06 pict's will NOT be ready for placement for approximately 1-3 mths.
after he is neutered and UTD on all Shots and Heart Wormer
checked. He is Sweet Temperament and looks to be about 1 yr
old. Donations for his food/ care are greatly appreciated and will
go directly to his Foster MaMa, Carol. 10/6/06...We picked him up with help from Karen
Teplitzky. Just as she said, his temperament is fabulous, a
very sweet natured and happy dog...why? certainly not because some
human has ever been good to this boy. He has Very Labored
breathing and his coat is falling out in your hands. His
breath has a funny odor, and he is weak. He will be Vetted on
Monday, thanks to Angels for Animals, unless he takes a turn for the
worse over the weekend, then my vet said to call him and he gave me
his Cell #. We decided to name him "Josh" as the story is that
Every dog named "Chance" doesn't make it back out of Angels.
SO, Josh is in LOVING Hands now, and we'll keep you updated.
THANK YOU CAROL &
Karen.
10/13/06..GOOD NEWS..Josh is Heartwormer
Negative. Thanks to Angels for Animals for Updating him on
shots, including Rabies, and we are going to wait for his weight to
gain then Netuer him. He is gaining slowly, but he is
GAINING..YEAH.
Sad NEWS....10/23/06 Josh has
Passed... He developed Pneumonia and with ALL our attempts at
saving him his immune system was just too weakened. Our Hearts
are BROKEN.
This poem
was written by Dave for the Memories of
"Josh"
Life is filled with
difficult things With pain and sorrow and
woe, Life would be a wonderful thing Except for
the sorrow we know Beautiful sunsets, the
cheerful smile Are sometimes lost to our
heart When terrible things, tear at our soul When
bonded friends must part The loss of love, the
dashing of dreams The hopes that we had, not a
few The wonderful times, the devotion shared The
moments, life found anew Gone in a moment, lost
in our tears Absent that wonderful touch How to
survive so great a loss Of the one we loved so
much But time passes on and days come and
go And we are not left without Memories that touch
us, time after time And leave a warm glow
about The days filled with love, adventure and
fun The warm, calm peace at day's end I would not
have had it, it would not be mine Except for the love of my
friend Sleep now my partner, your love
remains Leave me to suffer my pain Until all the
sorrow, grief and great loss Give way to fond memories
again There is no pain where there is no
value No loss where there has been no joy There is
no life unless we are giving Places for love to
